Reliable PP Strapping Band for Secure Carton and Pallet Bundling
Tuosheng Packaging supplies PP strapping band made from drawing-grade polypropylene, with T30S grade resin used for the best strength, in white and green. Widths range from 5 to 19 mm and thickness from 0.5 to 1.2 mm, made to your order. As a reference, a virgin PP strap 15.5 mm wide and 0.6–0.8 mm thick has a break strength of 1,500–2,000 N, and a 19 mm strap of the same thickness has 2,000–3,000 N.
For warehouse use, choose the strap width by load weight, package size and your strapping method. For distributor orders, specify the width, color, roll weight and packaging your customers need. Confirm the final specification through sample evaluation before placing a bulk order.
