Tuosheng Packaging supplies GRS-certified stretch film made with post-consumer recycled (PCR) polyethylene, for hand wrapping, machine wrapping and converting. The recycled share is set by your specification, up to 100% post-consumer PE. Choose your roll format and target recycled content, then confirm the film specification and certification documents before ordering.

Options are available across our hand, machine, jumbo, pre-stretched
and colored film ranges. Transaction Certificate support is available for
qualifying certified orders.

Transaction Certificate

A TC identifies the certified goods covered by the transaction. TC support is available for qualifying GRS-certified orders.

Tell us if a TC is required before placing the order so we can confirm eligibility and the information needed.

Product details

Product specification

Record the agreed recycled content, film thickness, width, roll length and net film weight.

Use the approved specification when checking the quotation, sample and production order.

Shipment details

Invoice and packing list

Check that product descriptions, quantities and roll specifications match the confirmed order.

State net film weight separately from paper-core and packaging weight.

A Scope Certificate confirms the supplier’s certification scope. It does not, by itself, certify every shipment.

Recycled Content Designed Around Your Requirements

Different packaging applications require different levels of stretch, cling, puncture resistance and load containment. For this reason, recycled-content specifications are confirmed individually rather than applied as one standard formulation.

Available customization may include:

  • Recycled-content level
  • Film thickness and width
  • Stretch and load-containment requirements
  • Clear or colored film
  • Core size and roll weight
  • Labels and packaging options

Contact our team with your application and recycled-content requirements so that we can recommend a suitable specification.

How to order your recycled stretch film

Confirm the film specification and certification requirements, evaluate a sample, then approve the production order.

  1. Share your requirements

Send your current roll specification, wrapping method, target recycled content and estimated order quantity.

A current roll label or specification sheet is a useful starting point.
  2. Confirm the specification

Agree the proposed film format, recycled-content percentage and documents required for your order.

Include any Transaction Certificate requirement at this stage.
  3. Evaluate a sample

Test the proposed film on your actual pallets and wrapping equipment before approving the bulk specification.

Check film breaks, load stability and film use per pallet.
  4. Approve the production order

Record the approved specification, quantity, packaging and documentation requirements in the order.

Confirm these details before production starts.

Frequently Asked Questions

GRS-certified recycled-content options are available upon request for hand, machine, jumbo, pre-stretch and colored stretch film.

No. The order must specify the certified product and agreed recycled content. A standard virgin-film order is not covered simply because the supplier holds a GRS certificate.

Any share your purchasing specification requires, up to 100% post-consumer recycled PE. For a GRS-certified order the film needs at least 20% recycled content, and at least 50% to carry the GRS logo on the product or its packaging. Send us the percentage together with the film type and roll dimensions, and we confirm the formulation in the quotation.

Post-consumer. The recycled polyethylene in our GRS-certified film is post-consumer material, meaning plastic that has already been used, collected and reprocessed. This is how it is listed in our Scope Certificate.

Yes. Thickness, width, roll weight, color, core size and packaging can be customized according to the requirements of qualifying orders.

TC support is available for qualifying GRS-certified orders. State the requirement before placing the order so we can confirm eligibility and the required documentation.

Yes, and the effect grows with the recycled share. In our production, film with a high recycled content carries much more static than virgin film, so tell us if static or dust is a concern for your goods or warehouse. Other properties also depend on the recycled-content level and formulation, so choose the grade by load weight, wrapping equipment and transport conditions, and test samples on your own pallets.

Tell us which stretch film product you need, your application requirements and preferred recycled-content level. Our team will help confirm a suitable specification and the documentation available for your order.
