Poly Bags (PE Bags)
Tuosheng Packaging manufactures poly bags, also called PE bags, in Suzhou, China. We make flat poly bags, reclosable bags and square bottom bags in LDPE and HDPE, from 0.01 mm (10 µm) up to 0.2 mm (200 µm) thick, with 0.05 mm (50 µm, about 2 mil) as our standard thickness. Sizes and printing are made to your order, and poly bags can be shipped in the same container as our stretch film.

Poly Bag Types We Make
These are the three bag styles we produce most often. Each is made to your size, thickness and printing requirements.
Flat Poly Bags
Open-top bags sealed on the bottom, the simplest and most widely used bag style.
Typical use: parts, components, textiles and general product packing.

Reclosable Poly Bags
Self-seal bags with a press-to-close track along the top, so they can be opened and closed again.
Typical use: small parts, samples, spare parts and items that are checked before use.
Square Bottom Bags
Gusseted bags with a flat, box-shaped base that opens into a cube around the goods.
Typical use: bulky goods, machinery, automotive parts, carton liners and pallet covers.

Which poly bag thickness do you need?
For most packing jobs, our standard 0.05 mm (about 2 mil) bag is the starting point. Choose a thicker bag, up to 0.2 mm, for heavy, sharp-edged or bulky goods. Thin HDPE bags, down to 0.01 mm, suit light items where low weight and cost per bag matter more than puncture resistance.
LDPE bags are softer and more flexible, while HDPE bags are stiffer and can be made thinner for the same job. If you are not sure, send us the product weight, size and a photo, and we will suggest a thickness and send samples to test. What is the standard thickness of your poly bags?
Our standard is 0.05 mm (50 µm, about 2 mil). We make poly bags from 0.01 mm, for thin HDPE bags, up to 0.2 mm for heavy-duty use.
Can you print our logo on the bags?
Yes. We print to your artwork, such as a logo, handling instructions or product codes, and confirm the layout before production.
What is your minimum order for poly bags?
It depends on the trade terms. For FOB, a full or half container works best. For EXW, there is no minimum.
Can I combine poly bags and stretch film in one container?
Yes. Poly bags and stretch film can be loaded in the same container.
Do you make recycled poly bags?
Yes. Our GRS Scope Certificate covers bags made from post-consumer recycled PE, up to 100%. The recycled share is set by your specification.
Can you make custom sizes?
Yes. Poly bags are made to your width, length and gusset size. Send your product dimensions or the size of the bag you use now.
