Pallet Covers
Tuosheng Packaging manufactures plastic pallet covers, gusseted poly bags that fit over a loaded pallet, supplied on perforated rolls so each cover tears off cleanly. We make covers for 1200 × 800 mm and 1200 × 1000 mm euro pallets and 48 × 40 in US pallets, with the height made to your load. Covers come in clear, black or custom colors and can be shipped in the same container as our stretch film.

We make pallet covers for the three most common pallet footprints. The height of each cover is made to your load, and other pallet sizes can be made on request.

How do you specify a pallet cover size?
A pallet cover is sized as width × gusset × length. The width and gusset match the pallet footprint, and the length covers the height of the load plus the top. US suppliers usually write it in inches, for example 48 × 40 × 72 in.

Which pallet cover thickness do you need?
Thin covers of about 1–1.5 mil (25–38 µm) suit single-use dust protection in the warehouse. Choose 2–3 mil (50–75 µm) for general shipping, and 4 mil (100 µm) or more for loads with sharp corners, rough handling or covers that are reused.

How are pallet covers supplied?
On perforated rolls. Each cover tears off along the perforation, so one person can take a cover and put it over the pallet. The number of covers per roll depends on the size and thickness.
What thickness should I choose?
About 1–1.5 mil (25–38 µm) for single-use dust covers, 2–3 mil (50–75 µm) for general shipping, and 4 mil (100 µm) or more for sharp corners or reuse. We can make covers up to 0.2 mm thick.
What colors are available?
Clear, black or a custom color. Clear covers keep pallet labels readable; black covers hide the goods.
What is your minimum order for pallet covers?
It depends on the trade terms. For FOB, a full or half container works best. For EXW, there is no minimum.
Can I order pallet covers together with stretch film?
Yes. Pallet covers, poly bags and stretch film can be loaded in the same container.
Are pallet covers the same as square bottom bags?
Nearly. A pallet cover is a large gusseted bag, built the same way as a square bottom bag, sized to the pallet and pulled over the load from the top. For square bottom bags in other sizes, such as machinery covers and box liners, see our gusseted poly bags.
