Reliable Hand Stretch Film for Secure Manual Wrapping
Tuosheng Packaging manufactures hand stretch film, also called hand stretch wrap or hand pallet wrap, in Suzhou, China. Our LLDPE hand rolls are made from 15 to 50 µm (about 60 to 200 gauge), in widths of 250 to 500 mm (about 10 to 20 in) and lengths of 150 to 457 m (about 490 to 1,500 ft), including the standard US 18 in × 1,500 ft roll. All rolls are wound on a 76 mm (3 in) paper core. Roll weights are stated as net film weight, excluding the core. Send us your current roll label and we will match the specification and send a sample before you order in bulk.
For warehouse use, select a roll around the pallet shape, load weight and how operators apply the film. For distributor orders, specify the roll format, color and packaging needed for your customers. Yes. Tuosheng Packaging states actual film thickness, not an “equivalent” or “performance” gauge. Thickness and tensile strength are tested for every order with in-house instruments. When comparing quotes, also compare the net film weight per roll, since rolls with the same label gauge can carry different amounts of film.

The standard MOQ at Tuosheng Packaging is 3 tons for clear hand stretch film in standard sizes. Custom sizes depend on the specification and usually need a full container. Hand and machine stretch film can be mixed in one container.
